This red “Passito” comes from grapes grown on different soil distributed between the territories of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo that are half naturally sun-dried on net trellises and half in small crates in a fruit-drying loft. Long skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, minimum aging one year in steel tanks.An intense and neat to smell red “Passito” that clearly reminds of raisins, intense and harmonious on the palate, with a powerful yet elegant tannin.
